How your town and streets have been weaponised against you: 5G/LED streetlights, ULEZ, CAZ, “SMART” motorways, 5G masts & 5G black boxes on telegraph poles are microwave radiation weapon systems

For three years, everyone has been focused on the depredations of “covid” policies and “vaccines”, but while you were looking the other way, your urban environment has been weaponised. The World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations (UN) have stated their intention of depopulating the planet. In fact, the WEF has planned the extermination of all biological life, to replace it with artificial intelligence (AI). Can it be a coincidence that the symptoms of microwave radiation (MWR) sickness and “covid” are identical?[1] And let’s remember that no evidence of the existence of SARS-CoV-2 has ever been provided.
Well before the “covid” scam, in September 2018, the International Appeal to Stop 5G on Earth and in Space predicted that rolling out 5G for the Internet of Things and thereby exponentially increasing human and nature’s already deadly exposure to microwave radiation would lead to a planetary catastrophe: [2] [3]
“Telecommunications companies worldwide, with the support of governments, are poised within the next two years to roll out the fifth-generation wireless network (5G). This is set to deliver what is acknowledged to be unprecedented societal change on a global scale. We will have “smart” homes, “smart” businesses, “smart” highways, “smart” cities, and self-driving cars. Virtually everything we own and buy, from refrigerators and washing machines to milk cartons, hairbrushes, and infants’ diapers, will contain antennas and microchips and will be connected wirelessly to the Internet. Every person on Earth will have instant access to super-high-speed, low-latency wireless communications from any point on the planet, even in rainforests, mid-ocean, and the Antarctic.
“What is not widely acknowledged is that this will also result in unprecedented environmental change on a global scale. The planned density of radio frequency transmitters is impossible to envisage. In addition to millions of new 5G base stations on Earth and 20,000 new satellites in space [by November 2023 the number of planned 5G satellites has reached over 1 million[4]], 200 billion transmitting objects, according to estimates, will be part of the Internet of Things by 2020, and one trillion objects a few years later. [ [5] ]
“Despite widespread denial, the evidence that radio frequency (RF) radiation is harmful to life is already overwhelming. The accumulated clinical evidence of sick and injured human beings, experimental evidence of damage to DNA, cells, and organ systems in a wide variety of plants and animals, and epidemiological evidence that the major diseases of modern civilization—cancer, heart disease and diabetes—are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution, forms a literature base of well over 10,000 peer-reviewed studies.
“If the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to levels of RF radiation that are tens to hundreds of times greater than what exists today, without any possibility of escape anywhere on the planet. These 5G plans threaten to provoke serious, irreversible effects on humans and permanent damage to all of the Earth’s ecosystems.”
Five years later, we have catastrophic levels of excess mortality and morbidity[6],[7] and reports of extreme damage to nature are multiplying.[8],[9].[10],[11],[12],[13] According to MWR weapons expert Barrie Trower, the following are all symptoms of microwave sickness: fatigue, sudden onset depression and desire to commit suicide, upset stomach, itching skin, painful joints and muscles, extrasystole heart beats, heart arrhythmia, tinnitus, profound lack of motivation, cancers, breathing difficulties, and eye damage.[14]
A report on electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) delivered to the European Economic and Social Committee lists many more diseases caused by microwave radiation (MWR), including anxiety, headaches, sleep disturbance, childhood and adult leukaemia, and dementia.[15] EHS researchers list hair loss, sterilisation, cancer, miscarriages, and nosebleeds.[16],[17] If you are suffering from any of these symptoms, look for a possible cause in your home, such as cordless phones, mains-connected alarm clocks next to your bed, Wi-Fi, your mobile phone, your Fitbit wireless watch, any wireless speakers or Alexas, etc., and nearby streetlights and antennas.
And yet we were told that everyone suffering these symptoms had “covid”! These symptoms of MWR poisoning are identical to those of the alleged covid-19. Viruses have never been proven to exist, but the concept is being used to hide the real cause of morbidity and mortality: MWR poisoning.[18] “Covid” was simply the cover story to hide the attack on life on Earth using multiple forms of microwave weapons, which were described way back in 1976 by Soviet President Leonid Brezhnev as “more frightful than the mind of man has ever imagined”.[19]
NATO, Russia and China have all developed MWR weapons.[20] This technology has been adapted to weaponise streetlights, ultra-low emission zones (ULEZ), clean air zones (CAZ), “SMART” motorways & 5G masts. These systems use MWR to surveil you inside your home, and as Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) to kill individuals in urban warfare. They are part of a larger plan by the United Nations (UN), World Health Organization (WHO) and World Economic Forum (WEF) to depopulate the world and control humanity. These organisations and the elite behind them have propagated the lies of overpopulation and anthropogenic climate change[21],[22] and convinced your government that we the public are the enemy.[23],[24],[25]
Mark Steele is a British engineer with a materials science background; inventor; patent writer; weapons research scientist; inventor of the world’s first binocular optical wave guides, weapon sight systems, infrared thermal imaging head up displays, molecular reactors, signal processing, and transducer design, among many others. As Chief Technology Officer at the company that designed and brought to market the world’s first internationally approved head up display (HUD) product, which has been accredited with a number of innovation awards, and is regulated to a number of internationally recognised standards, including Department of Transport ECE 22.05 and those of the American National Standards Institute, Steele was relied upon in the establishment of international standards for augmented reality and virtual reality HUD systems.
Steele is a MWR weapons expert who has been alerting the world since 2016 to the multi-level threats from MWR weapons technologies. In a series of videos and reports, he has described how these MWR weapons have been covertly deployed in our cityscapes. 5G LED streetlights, ULEZ, CAZ, “SMART” motorways, 5G masts and the mysterious 5G black boxes appearing on telegraph poles are microwave radiation weapon systems installed for the purpose of killing you. It’s called “Fifth-Generation Warfare” and it encompasses psychotronic and psychological operation (psyop) elements, cybertorture, as well as the directed energy weapon (DEW) hardware.[26],[27],[28],[29],[30]
WEAPONISED STREETLIGHTS
5G/LED streetlights have weaponised streets across the UK in recent years.[31],[32] Steele explains that their components prove them to be a weapon system masquerading as streetlights. The radar scanner inside the aerial can scan with focused MWR into nearby homes to spy, track, target and kill residents. [33],[34]
In Birmingham, Telensa light heads have been fitted.[35] Each emits MWR 700 times higher than the so-called exposure guideline (1 mWatt/cm2), with a range of 10 miles. 1 mWatt/cm2 is the point at which a microwave oven starts to heat its contents, which means that these streetlights are raising the temperature of the city and everything in it. The purpose of the 5G function is said by Telensa to be for monitoring the status of each of Birmingham’s 100,000 5G/LED streetlights, but Steele asserts that this is a cover for a weapon system targeting the public.
ULEZ & CAZ TECHNOLOGIES DESIGNED TO KILL
Ultra-low emission zones (ULEZ; called clean air zones (CAZ) in other cities) are areas in London only accessible to low-emission vehicles.[36] Cars not meeting the city’s environmental standards are charged £12.50 per day. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras positioned around the zones read licence plates and check them against the vehicle’s make and model in real time. If a vehicle does not meet the environmental threshold, a fine is levied against the car owner. In Birmingham, the CAZ is resulting in many self-employed people with older vehicles avoiding the fines by simply driving around outside of the huge CAZ area.[37]
Since April 2019, London mayor Sadiq Khan has installed ULEZ and nearly half of London’s residents — over four million people — now live in them. On 29 August this year, they were expanded to encompass all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport. Around 1,900 ANPR ULEZ cameras have been installed so far, and Mayor Khan plans to install hundreds more around outer London. The decision has led to growing unrest, including the regular dismantling of ANPR cameras by taxpayers.[38] Transport for London is reported to have made a total of £400 million in fines in the last 16 months,[39] despite the fact that many people have refused to pay hundreds of millions of pounds worth of ULEZ fines.[40] Nearly 50,000 CAZ fines have been scrapped in Birmingham as drivers refused to pay.[41]
Approximately 300 ULEZ cameras have been stolen or vandalized by a group of citizen activists who call themselves the “Blade Runners”.[42],[43], [44].[45]
Khan asserts that the ULEZ equipment consists of cameras, but these alleged cameras use light detection and ranging (LIDAR) technology. LIDAR is a military technology used on the battlefield to identify and track warfare equipment and personnel. Steele explains that the “cameras” emit multiphoton ionising radiation that will cause drivers and pedestrians to develop symptoms of MWR poisoning.[46],[47],[48],[49] These ULEZ “cameras” cost £7,000 each and are uninsurable for harm. Drivers can risk losing control of the vehicle as the radar emissions interact with the vehicle.
Steele has worked on LIDAR systems and knows that in fog and rain the THz (1 trillion (1012) cycles per second or hertz; 1 THz = 1000 GHz) reflects and bounces due to the higher frequency, so for the ULEZ “cameras” to work, they have to have a radar element that uses MWR. Steele has measured the output of an ULEZ “camera” at 19,000 mV/m, nearly 100 times more than the 200 mV/m suggested as a suitable limit by the EUROPAEM EMF Guideline 2016.[50] The meter that Steele used detected frequencies only up to a maximum of 6 GHz.[51]
“SMART” MOTORWAYS TO DAMAGE HEALTH
“SMART” motorways have ANPR cameras similar to those deployed in ULEZ, as well as the new 5G/LED streetlights. The result is a huge field of radiation that is damaging the health of all the drivers travelling on them.
5G MASTS FOR URBAN WARFARE
The MWR from 5G masts adds to that from all the other sources mentioned above, such that even before the addition of 5G, we were being exposed to levels of EMR a quintillion times higher than natural background. That’s 18 zeros.[52] Unlike all the previous generations of wireless technology, which are emitted from the one mast (2G, 3G, 4G), 5G masts have multiple antennas that enable the radiation to be focused into a beam as a weapon.
5G linear emissions become ionising above approximately 13,000 mV/m. With the ICNIRP exposure guideline set at 61,000 mV/m, this means that all 5G beam forms from masts are ionising radiation due to multiphoton stacking in the beam.[53] Ionising radiation breaks DNA and damages cell membranes, proteins, mitochondria, and stem cells.
Steele says that 5G is technically identified as an urban radar directed energy in air emission, which requires the antennas to be designed to cause focused energy in air.[54] 5G can interrogate sound and voice emissions through buildings and gather data on an unsuspecting population using electromagnetic hardware and software systems. This is part of the vast 5G arsenal.[55]
The public has been told that the massive densification of 5G masts is required because millimetre waves cannot travel very far, but this is a lie. Photo 3 depicts two 5G masts. The shorter one has about a 20-mile range, while the larger one is a directional 5G weapon with a minimum 100-mile range. There are six such 5G mast weapons within a one-mile radius of this one at Benton in Newcastle (photo 3).
Photos 4 and 5 below show a variation on the delivery of 5G radiation. Many people are concerned about these 5G mesh network transmitters popping up on telegraph poles. These are all part of the 5G kill grid. 5G is delivered to the property boundary by fibre-optic cable, then by high power MWR transmission into the property to make people sicken and die.
The exposure guidelines of the little German private club that does the bidding of the telco industry and deceives by calling itself the “International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection” (ICNIRP), are used by the UK and most other governments to avoid liability. The guidelines provide radiation values that apply to only a single antenna and do not consider the massive densification of radiation-emitting devices across all cities and towns for the 5G network. The 5G network is intended to interconnect everything simultaneously using highly complex, biologically toxic, and in particular, modulated (meaning pulsed) microwave radiation.[56] The ICNIRP exposure guideline is for a duration of 6 minutes only and bears no relation to the real levels of radiation to which people are exposed 24/7. It provides no protection for the public whatsoever and that is why ICNIRP’s guidelines exist: to provide cover for the telcos, the military, and governments to irradiate populations indiscriminately.[57],[58],[59]
People have been told that 5G is a telecommunications technology, but this is a cover for its use as a multiple weapon system for warfare across cities, towns, and countryside. It includes psychological warfare technologies, including control and dissemination of information through social media to obscure the real purpose of 5G as a warfare system. The total absence of environmental risk research and insurance liability cover for harm proves it to be so. No research has addressed the constant exposure that 5G would introduce, and it is not currently possible to accurately simulate or measure 5G emissions in the real world. Populations are not being warned about these unquantified, existential risks.,[60],[61]
5G adds a whole new range of further risks to nature and to the health of the population.[62]
CONCLUSION
In a report written as a witness statement for international lawyers,[63] Steele states that the ulterior motive for the health risks to the public and nature from the 5G urban radar network – which includes 5G/LED streetlights, ULEZ, CAZ, “SMART” motorways, and speed cameras – has not been made clear to the public.
Steele believes that the public are now the target, with vehicles and individuals being identified and the latter tracked via the nanoparticles in their “covid vaccinations”. All 5G equipment has antennas which can focus the MWR beam onto a human target in order to deliver a pulse that can kill instantly or activate the nanoparticles in the “vaccination” to release its bioweapon contents.[64]
This MWR from billions of emitters in the city will raise the temperature in these zones, making them toxic to life, charging the air and making it noxious. The MWR will heat your internal organs, literally cooking you from the inside out, in the same way that a microwave oven cooks food. The preposterous cover story designed to hide the clandestine attack on the public, the depopulation agenda, is that all this is about improving air quality!
All the radar-emitting devices fitted in cities by local councils are increasing the MWR of the city environment. Steele has measured 8 V/m (i.e., 8,000 mV/m) in parts of London. Compare that with the 200 mV/m suggested as a suitable limit by the EUROPAEM EMF Guideline 2016 – London’s exposure level is 40 times higher![65],[66] Many cities will be like this because of the MWR coming from CAZ and ULEZ “cameras”, 5G/LED streetlights, and in the future, from electric autonomous vehicles with LIDAR “cameras” fitted, with the same mix of radiation as ULEZ “cameras”.[67] Working and living in a Wi-Fi environment and carrying a mobile phone will add to an individual’s level of exposure to MWR.
Steele goes on to explain how the radiation from all of the 5G/LED streetlights, CAZ, ULEZ, and so on are an integral part of the WEF’s depopulation agenda.[68],[69],[70],[71] Steele’s explanation of the globalists’ war, from strategic plan to tactics and operations, is the most comprehensive account of this agenda.[72]
All of this can seem overwhelming, but Mark Steele is optimistic: people who have been “covid vaccinated” and become magnetised have lost this injury over time because the body is good at degrading toxins. This is precisely why boosters are required by the perpetrators. The elite who are exerting this control over national and international policies that serve them and not the public are relatively few in number and their plans can be confounded. Steele believes that, when we inform ourselves about what is happening, refuse to cooperate or comply and believe that we the people can win, we will win.
Steele suggests a seven-point plan as a way to fight back to defeat this satanic agenda.[73] The first on the list is political protection and this is why Steele’s organisation www.saveusnow.org.uk is a political party.
With the word of God, the light, and the truth, we win, and all this satanic evil is swept away. It is all written in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. We will have our New Earth.[74]
